Ok this will be the last pork item for a while… Two weeks in a row is a bit much even for me. So this week we are going to grill up a pork loin.
Seasoned Pork with brussel sprouts.
Roast Pork Loin
Take some Meat Rub and cover the entire pork loin just like a crust. Once you are finished, place the loin on the grill. Sear it well and then move it off the coals for some indirect heat. Keep it on the grill until the internal temp is 160. (~30-40min) I dont like to time my meats, I always go by temp.
Make your self a nice side of greens and maybe a starch (depending on what you are eating) and enjoy!
